Achievements & Badges

Kythia features a robust achievement system that rewards you for exploring features and maintaining good development habits. Unlocking achievements grants massive XP and Coin bonuses.

Here is the complete list of badges you can earn. Can you collect them all?

Starter Achievements

• First Blood: Start your very first service in Kythia. (+50 XP, +10 Coins)
• Hello World: Create your first local project. (+120 XP, +25 Coins)
• Database Master: Change your main/default database engine. (+80 XP, +10 Coins)

Power User

• The Architect: Run Nginx, PHP, and a Database simultaneously. (+150 XP, +30 Coins)
• Speed Demon: Install a Quick App (e.g., WordPress) in a single click. (+100 XP, +20 Coins)
• Utility Collector: Install a dev toolchain or utility like Git or Composer. (+100 XP, +15 Coins)
• Multiverse: Install multiple versions of PHP at the same time. (+200 XP, +40 Coins)

Time & Commitment

• Night Owl: Code past midnight. The servers never sleep, neither do you. (+250 XP, +50 Coins)
• Early Bird: Start a server before 6 AM. The early bird gets the bug. (+250 XP, +50 Coins)
• Iron Coder: Accumulate 24 hours of total server uptime. (+500 XP, +100 Coins)
• Centurion: Reach 100 hours of local development time. (+1000 XP, +250 Coins)
• No Life: Spend 500 hours building things locally. (+5000 XP, +1000 Coins)

Hardcore & Chaos

• Chaos Monkey: Restart a service 5 times within 10 minutes. (+300 XP, +60 Coins)
• Max Capacity: Run all available databases (MariaDB, MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, Redis) at once. (+1000 XP, +200 Coins)
• Infinite Loop: Keep a service running uninterrupted for 7 days straight. (+3000 XP, +500 Coins)
